Practical tools you will master
Training "Modern Product and Service Development" is based on principles of Lean Startup, Service design, Behavior Design In Customer Experience and Agile.
Product vision
It all starts with a clear vision of where we are going and what the product will look like in the future. What trends exist in the market, how do customer needs change, etc.
Stakeholder analysis
We will learn how to find and analyze stakeholders. They should not be treated equally, and Product Owner must know how to differentiate those.
User behavior
User behavior is dependent not only on the user himself but also on external factors that the user is not aware of, therefore we will study behavioral economics and learn about context, emotions, triggers, experiences and other factors.
Prioritisation
We will work on building prioritisation models to find out why we should do one feature or the other when developing products. Such models help Product Owners to stay cool when stakeholders push with different and often conflicting desires.
Business model
You need to be able to set up the product's business model, understand who we should sell to, what we offer, in what sales channels and how to tell about our product.
Customer Journey Mapping
We will learn how to follow the user experience all the way, identify pain points, contact points, look at what goals the user sets and what we set ourselves as business goals and try to align them.
Your trainer
Sergey Dmitriev
Certified Scrum Trainer, Business agility coach
I have experience coaching teams on all continents (well, except Antarctica) and would like to share my experience with you, so we will study lots of cases from real life. I spend about half of my time working with real organizations around the world who want to become more agile and are not the type of trainer who only run workshops and teach theory and have long forgotten what it's like to do the job in the real life.
I have worked with companies such as Apple, SONY, Cisco, US Department of Veteran Affairs, Overstock, KPMG, BCG, Norwegian Coastal Administration, Police, Symantec and many more.
Recommendations
I was a student in Sergey's Scrum Master class and he was a phenomenal teacher. He was highly engaging and passionate about what he taught. Overall, Sergey is a WORLDCLASS instructor with many accolades.
